Excelnt food . Very reasonable prices

I came strictly to witness all the vegan options I heard about. They had a case of savory pastries & sweets w/ the V sign. I think it's better to get their early though because most stuff was out. I ended up trying the chocolate ma'amul. Very good. Next time I hope to try the vegan jelly donuts.

I visit this place a lot since I work nearby. I must say the service is always excellent and they keep the spot well organized regularly. Rates are reasonable and they serve large portions.

This is a great place. The owner was super kind and welcoming. He happily explained all the food, enthusiastically answered all my dumb questions about the food and culture. So warm and welcoming. Friendly price too!

I like this restaurant very much. there is a different mood. The cuisine is splendid. the service is powerful and the waiters are trained. The cost is decent. I warmly recommend.

Amazing goodies. Come early because some items sell out (especially the vegan ones!)A little sad the one by my apartment in Inner Richmond has been closed for so long! Open this bad boy up so I can come through more often!

Delicious Jewish bakery! Enjoy decadent sweets or bread made with high quality spices. Nice space too. Chabad is across the street.

Pleasant place in the midst of a sad surrounding.. friendly and personal staff explained their offerings, which include many vegan sweet pastries of levantine origin. Had a nice illy espresso. Will be back for an update after trying some food

The bread is amazing! Had a creamy potato and green onion pocket "Frena Style" and a bavarian cream doughnut and both were great. The staff is super nice and friendly. Will definitely be coming back to try other of their baked goods.

If you are looking for delicious pastries and bread for breakfast or quick meal you found your place.Pesto Mussarela Mushroom Pocket is great even better adding boiled eggs. :)The coffee is honest, nothing special.Free WiFi.

Got a chance to visit this restaurant while I was visiting from Oakland to Daly City. Entered with my friends and got a warm welcome from the executives. They allowed us to take time for taking rest and then placed the menu. We ate so many delicious dishes that were healthy and tasty. Really good customer service.

Stopped in just as they were lighting the menorah and they gifted us some latkes and cookies. Lovely pastries and lovely holiday cheer from happy employees. Will definitely return!

Almost half of their food is vegan including the donuts which is so rare in the city. I really like this place and will definitely come back to try more stuff!

I am so glad to have found this awesome bakery with a large selection of vegan choices including donuts. The desert choices are very limited for vegans. Great staff and chef too. I shall go back often.

The pastries are yummy. Vanilla pan is my favorite though apple and chocolate are also good. Delicious pita though i preferred when they sold it fresh as it was pillowy soft. Only miss here is the challah. We've tried it twice and were disappointed. But burekas, pastries are very tasty. People in the store are very nice and give away a lot of leftovers to the homeless.

LOVE IT! Plenty of delicious vegan pastries, both sweet and savoury. Have been to many vegan places and never seen so many options. Went again the next day. Not vegans love it to, just get in! Ranging between about 2,5$ and 8$. Good coffee as well. Great friendly service!

Great bakery for all. It is also kosher. Very accommodating to customize food the way you like it. Somewhat limited seating. Food was great and reasonably priced.

Really good things, very helpful and cheerful staff. The only drawback is the area is a bit sketch, but the city I think is working in that and I didn't feel unsafe while eating there.

Loved their vegan baked treats!! Cinnamon donut was to die for... slightly sweet, very soft, spongy and just perfect!! Also, extremely polite people and good service. I will definitely come again.

Amazing place! If you're in the area for a conference or any reason, this is THE place to go. I loved the huge selection of vegan pastries, both savory and sweet. The food is simply amazing, and the staff are friendly, communicate well, etc.: everything that is typically missing in restaurants/cafes these days. It's a small place (be prepared) so one day we ate at the window counter, and one day we took our food to go and ate at Yerba Buena gardens outside. I hope to go back every time I'm at Moscone Center for work!

They offer an awesome variety of fresh food. I enjoyed dining here. Staff members are always super nice, rates are convenient and the spot is always neat.

It's a small ish place but feels very cozy and their pastries are soft.

Great place but no meat

The food was amazing, I got a cardamon coffee as well which was really good. Never had anything like it. The people who work there are super friendly and being in that area it's refreshing. Definitely come check this place out of you're nearby or just make your way. You won't regret it. But for those who don't want to make the journey I believe they have door dash.

This restaurant is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. when I I need a decent supper, this place comes instantly to my mind. Great and diverse food and a large menu.helpful staff members, and great ambience. Also important, the cost is honest. I sent my friends to this spot with no hesitation.

Delicious food at wonderful prices and glorious service

I had no idea what they make/bake. I wasn't even sure what I ordered but had the mushroom and pesto sandwich, coffee and cinnamon roll. I was not sure what they called their house coffee but ordered it. I have to say the food is amazing. The cinnamon roll was good but the sandwich flavors and coffee was outstanding. I would definitely go here again.

First time trying a kosher place and it is not a bad experience.Asked for extra sabich hot pocket and it did come with pickles ,hot sauce and peanut sauce on the side and liked it.The oven roasted egg plant stuffing in the pocket was soo good.

Frena bakery was a stop for us while visiting from Los Angeles. It felt as close as it gets to a traditional Jerusalem bakery - freshly baked good, delicious, and had seating if you want to stop for a quick bite.I had a savory and a sweet for breakfast and loved it. Had to walk it off after but I'll be abck!

I go with my wife to this lovely spot quite often! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I visit this spot at least once a month. The cooking is great, the team is professional and the prices are decent. I like meeting in this place over a nice meal.

Finally a good Israeli bakery on the west coast. By far the best Pita Bread you will find anywhere in the Bay Area plus other goodies. This place has been opened for just a few weeks and I already know people who got addicted to it.

This little bakery on 6th and Minna has an almost intimidating array of donuts and pastries both sweet and savory. I am pretty sure they have something for just about any palate.😍😋

I love this place. The atmosphere, the people and the food are wonderful. No matter what I order I always buy a sufganya if it is available. Also, it being kosher is a plus. What's not to like?

An amazing kosher bakery! A great selection of in house baked goods. I had a nice bagel, flat bread with eggplant, eggs and other great fillings (see photo) and a donut. It is definitely a place to go for breakfast or lunch if you are around the Moscone convention center.

For years I've been waiting for this kind of authentic Israeli food, the tastes and flavors, no one can do it the way they make.
